Not sure what to make of the Eagles. Defense looked pretty dominant the last 2.5 games then shit the bed against Dallas in 2nd half. Or I’m guessing. I didn’t watch (I’m famous for that)! But I would think the defense had a big hand in the collapse since they gave up 24 in a half.

Heard an optimistic Bears caller picking the Bears on the treasonous Score today. “I have the better quarterback (and coach)!” And with the way the Philly offense and Hurts has looked this year, I’m not sure he’s wrong. I’d say it’s close.

Heart says yes, brain says they murder us. Haven’t settled on a prediction yet.

A win would just about lock up a playoff berth. A loss doesn’t hurt us much. Unless we get humiliated and lose more players. If we win, give Ben Johnson COY award after the game.

With Hurts being no better than Fields (he’d perform the same in Philly you stated) and he sucks too, I’d think the Bears should blow them outta the water. Bears by 21 points Sunday…

Not sure that’s exactly what ive said. I’ve said many times I’ve never really seen Hurts do anything I don’t think Justin can’t do. Yes, I’ve compared the two many times. I feel like there’s a real chance Justin would have been just as good, possibly even better. There’s definitely a scenario in which he’s worse.

At Docs bar in Bonita Springs FL. I mention I’m from SF and he says “how’s it going out there, I’m hearing all sorts of bad things”

I said - “well Purdy is back, and they beat Carolina, so I think we’re good, he’s a bit rusty threw three picks but the D looks good. Problem is that Stafford is playing like Ohtani so it’s gonna be hard to beat the Rams. Gotta like their chances though”

He didn’t get it. Asked him where he’s from. Minnesota. I said “our quarterback is not named JJ McCarthy - things are great”
