Arlington Heights would be the ideal place. I would much prefer it there and the possibilities are endless there. You can do so much more than in the city.
Because FOX News told me so…

They are going to build something shitty because they don't have the money to do this right.

And you were SURE they weren’t going to build in AH.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Still not sure. There is a bill out there that needs to pass. Chicago pols aren't voting for it unless there is something in return. Like CTU and City pension payments? LOL

Sorry, not sorry that I deal in reality instead of wishful thinking that a big beautiful stadium that I won't go to will suddenly appear ...

Well something is getting built, somehow someway. I’ll reserve judgment till then

I am now believing they will build something there as they have nothing else to do with the land they bought. How they are going to pay for it,  since they can't use the team for much loan collateral and the state is broke and JB is running for President makes it very interesting and concerning. It is going to be a shitshow.

the McCaskeys are a for profit business. Missouri has washed out 2 football teams because the people there have less money and are less tolerant of mediocre performance. The people of Chicago will shell out the money no matter how bad the team is.

Remember the AH site will be more than a stadium.  It will include mixed-use development opportunities for the Bears that will generate revenue.   Plus, the Bears will own the stadium.  There’s no appetite among the Ds and Rs in the ILGA for a huge government incentive package.  The Bears would be wise to focus on a deal with Pritzker and local officials to improve the roads and other infrastructure in the area to accommodate the project.

Get it done. The stadium back-and-forth interplay has been a stupid distraction for the team.
