I was referring to your explanation of the plea deal.
Is the leverage for the defense in that if the case gets sent to DC or Cali in front of a judge willing to accept a defense request to approve the original unprecedented plea deal ?

Sounds like he was holding out for a deal that would wrap up any and all other investigations. That is not happening. He is going to lose the tax case. Going to have to take what he can get on the tax plea deal, one would think.

Wasn't the original tax plea deal for 2 misdemeanors and probation ?
