I'm stil convinced that with a better coach and an offensive season addressing some obvious needs (which they have the resources to do), things could be looking bright again.

If you could assure me that the new GM is an upgrade (you probably couldn't), I'd be willing to listen. Poles has done some good things here. The Bears need to find some long-term stability, and I think pulling the plug on Poles is premature.

It’s so Bears that they’d make an arranged marriage of sorts coaching situation for a new GM while trying to rebuild. Should never be in that spot.

I am not going to say that I know NFL front offices at all to say X is the guy. It is obvious Poles and Warren aren't the guys though. Maybe Mike Florio will weigh in
