Picked up a prime top round roast and a standing rib roast. One goes in the freezer. Will decide in a few hours.

Starting off with appetizers (shrimp ring, cheese and crackers, deviled eggs), deep frying a turkey, oven roasting a turkey breast, stuffing, potatoes, green bean casserole, heavenly hash, cherry coke jello, and probably some other stuff I forgot about.

And, of course, watching the Bears get buttfucked by the Lions. Lol

My favorite also. Thanksgiving is to give thanks for what we have and have had.
We haven't fried turkeys since Covid. We would shoot up a couple every summer. The sides were different tho; sweet corn, home made potato salad, farm stand cucumber salad, fresh fruit salads, watermelon, beer, wine and champagne, whatever. And plan and hope for a nice day in the low 80's.
Fried turkeys are delicious.
