Certainly not a power run game.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

No, he was terrible, too. But at least they ran the ball well under him. Maybe a lot of that was thanks to Justin.

I didn’t see Justin blocking anyone

Uhhh what? Please explain. RBs have to be set prior to the snap right? What the fuck are you talking about exactly?

I need an explanation here

You truly don’t understand football, do you.

I am wondering what you think you are arguing here.

You are arguing that lining up under center means they will get more push.

But what I think you are actually saying is that the RB getting a running start before getting the ball gives the RB a better chance of bulldozing his way into the endzone regardless of the OL push. They are not the same though.

Certainly not a power run game.

Please explain power run blocking vs. a zone blocking scheme. And don’t use google. I’ll know if you’re cheating

He blocked the Bear from being able to win.

Oh. I get it now.

He’s talking about running forward while getting the handoff.

I can actually understand where the RB might hit the hole harder there. But if there’s no fucking hole, what’s the difference.

I need an explanation here

It’s easier to hit the hole and run with power if you’ve got a running start. Not sure why this is complicated. It’s common knowledge power running is better from under center. Makes timing things up simpler.

Well, offenses can be effective doing both. And again, if your line sucks dick and can’t “power run block”, which they’ve shown that they can’t, then it doesn’t matter.

There’s a reason it’s called power run game. A lot easier to run a guy over with a head of steam. Shotgun is basically a delayed handoff. Unless you’re extremely proficient at it it sucks for goal line and short yardage.

All of which has nothing to do with the fact that the line cannot open holes or drive defenders back.

I’d love to see them try it 3 or 4 plays in a row. Don’t think we have. Two would be a rarity I bet. Again, when they went to shotgun on 2nd down after a solid 4 yard gain to start the game, I thought we might be in for a long day.

WTF RUN THE BALL

This was my reaction to passing out of shotgun on 2nd play of the game on 2nd and medium.
