Trump retreats and then acts like he had some kind of major victory, and his fans seem to buy it. 

All he’s proven to the world is that doing business with the U.S. is a recipe for instability.  And businesses, investors, supply chain participants, even consumers — will struggle to function properly when they have no idea what might come down the pike next.

Even the Chinese delegate is on the record saying they’re looking for ways to address trade imbalance as part of the broader deal. In the meantime we still have 30% tariff versus their 10%.

What gun was pointed to our head? If you’re arguing that we are dependent on China, then you’re making Trump’s point for him.
