Yes, reparations is something that should be considered and probably given. You think it’s a coincidence blacks have a higher poverty level? Why do you think southern states are poorer and less educated? Because it was punishment for the war. But then you being a conservative that was probably born on 2nd or 3rd base, you probably thought you hit an extra-base hit. History and systemic discrimination are real things.
Liberals think the only way to explain black people being poor and violent is to blame the system, because otherwise they’d have to actually admit there are mental and physiological differences amongst races.
The native people of sub-Saharan Africa have historically contributed very little to the advancement of mankind, have long been known to be violent and aggressive, and themselves were as complicit in the slave trade as the people buying the slaves.
Every modern culture on the planet that has a significant number of sub-Saharan immigrants or descendants has elevated issues of violence relative to the white or Asian people living in the same country.
Now some ivory tower folks have come to the conclusion that the common denominator is white oppression but rational clear minded folks see that races display different characteristics. Caucasians and Asians have basically imagined and created the modern world. Black folks are good at sports, music and procreating out of wedlock.
