Hilarious. Both have been largely inept. Over 15 years, the Illini have been even more inept. The Bears at least made the playoffs a few times. But it’s close.

My favorite part is where I said he makes fun of the Illini to prop up the Bears, then he takes offense to it and responds by making fun of the Illini to prop up the Bears.

Another notable part of the response is that I said this decade. Which reflects the lifespan of this forum as it was formed February 2020. Now he’s stretched it back 15 years, which includes a fucking Rose Bowl appearance and back to back bowl wins for the Illini and excludes the Bears SB appearance following the 06 season. 🤯

The last 4 years. I’ll give the Illini an edge. But it certainly isn’t fucking “light years.” The Bears did make the playoffs in 2020, even though they sucked.
