No one ever said that. But expecting them to transform a franchise is ridiculous. FTR, Wright has been terrific. Dexter has shown promise. Stevenson and Smith have both shown promise as well. There’s a reason many coaches hate rookies. The majority of them aren’t ready to contribute positively.
