Because he seemingly gets progressively worse. I expect improvement. I’ve seen little to none. He can’t even successfully tell us if a guy is out, or doubtful, or questionable. No, you’re still the meatball here. You labeled him a loser because he was losing with a team that was not only not built to win, but purposefully stripped of its better players.

I am judging him off of what he’s doing with the players who are supposed to be here long-term. Last year was a rental team. This year is not. This is supposed to be the foundation of the franchise going forward, and so far he’s not shown he can coach them up. There’s still time to show he can, but it has to start happening ASAP.

Nope. You can't just use one press conference, where some butthurt beat writers got pissy. You are saying a season and a half. Last season didn't count because they were tanking. If we can throw it out for Fields, we can throw it out for him. Hell, I would argue we should throw it out for him. It basically fucked his career.

Put up or shut up time? Why? He can't win with this shit this year. You told me earlier this year, Belichick can't win with what the Bears have. Why are the expectations up now?

This is bullshit. This guy is getting railroaded. I don't think he's a great coach necessarily, but he hasn't had a fair chance. They tanked last year, and now all of a sudden he's expected to improve with another shitty roster. And Poles is not being held accountable at all. If I were Flus, I would be regretting taking this shitty job.

Who said I’m using “one press conference?” He’s had had multiple bad press conferences this year. And I was willing to allow for a tough start to the year. At no point did I say “it could like this all year, and that’s totally fine.” At no point ever did I fucking say that.

Yeah, that doesn’t mean I am willing to excuse it for an entire season. Sorry you can’t wrap your head around that. Again, I am not calling for his job. Just saying that firing him if he doesn’t show improvement is probably the right thing to do.

I'll be clear. I don't think Flus is a good coach. In fact, I think he probably sucks at being a head coach. He hasn't done a great job.

But I will be fucking god damned if I'm gonna be told by someone that I need to be patient and sit and smile and watch the same shitty football that I've watched for the better part of my lifetime, then all of a sudden be given permission to now want the coach fired.
