Lol, nope. Again, not buying it. When I saw shit football, you basically said I was being unreasonable and I had to be patient. That there was so much roster turnover and new players, and so much other bullshit. Like I don't know how to watch football and I don't know when I'm watching crap.

You can't talk down to people and tell them to be patient when they're watching shit football, then come back and advocate for firing the head coach. That makes no fucking sense.

My interpretations are that you have this weird thing about telling people to be patient, and roster turnover, and blah blah bullshit, but oh wait, now I'm pissed, so fire Eberflus. Even tho he has had roster turnover and new guys and a QB1 that can't read a defense and a QB2 that can read a defense but doesn't have the arm strength and a roster that was tanked last year that hasn't been adequately replaced, and now "fans" want to factor in his 3-14 record in his performance even though they were cheering on Bears losses last year.

Patience as far as being a “winning franchise.” It doesn’t mean sit idly by for another ENTIRE season with little to no progress. I can’t help what you interpretations are. At some point Flus has to start looking competent, and that time is the back half of his second season. At no point in time did I say Flus was safe from going 4-13 or 5-12 (and looking stupid doing it). If you thought I was saying that, you misinterpreted what I was saying. I bad start to a season while rebuilding is one thing, but at some point we need to see progress. I’d call 7 wins progress. 4-5 not so much.

At no point in time did I say Flus was free to look stupid and go 4-13 this year. 2-4 is one thing. 4-13 is another. And I’m not even saying Flus HAS to go. But if he can’t get to at least 6 wins he probably should.
