Whether you want to admit it or not, Fields is still a young quarterback. If he doesn’t make it here, he’ll get another chance elsewhere. I’m not sure the same can be said for Eberflus and Getsy, unless they accept demotions.

Wrong. Getsy an OC and Fields a backup QB....throw in Mooney getting paid. Guess the market has determined who was holding back the Bear offense.
