Theoretical Bears/Josh Allen trade

It’s obviously not going to happen, but I heard an interesting theoretical trade on CBS radio, the host argued that the Bears should trade number one number nine and next year‘s first for Josh Allen would you make the trade?
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Why would they? That would be the primary incentive for Buffalo to trade Allen (not that they are going to or even would).
