What you fail to grasp is that almost every position had a sub-par starter. The emphasis was on fixing their salary cap situation, not building a winning roster year one.

Never had a game winning 4th quarter drive yet. He has had game ending 4th quarter turnovers though.

Entirely possible (and I’d argue likely) this coaching staff is in over its head. The players they’ve brought in are either hurt or haven’t performed yet. They are literally 4 games into the rebuild, it should be be a shock that they haven’t turned things around yet. Everyone has made mistakes from Poles on down.
