I haven’t talked to the surgeon yet. 1st step is ultrasound to see what they’re dealing with. Of course, might slow things down a little since I got the fucking Covid.
Speaking of which, they say you should avoid coughing with a hernia. Lol.

You'll find out what you need to know after the ultrasound, whether it's laparoscopy or open surgery.

Having imaging done April 14, surgery consult April 20.
I’m hoping for the same. Might have 2 hernias, so who knows. One for sure.

The hernia repair area is sore. He's got 2 big balls. If they don't get in the way, he can walk and drive as much as he wants.

He had his surgery Fri. Don't know why he still works or how his balls are doing, but he's feeling good and did go into work for a bit yesterday.

Just met with the surgeon. My hernias are fairly small, so he didn't seem too concerned. Will schedule repair for June or July.

I had a non-related surgery four years ago that resulted in the big balls thingy. Wasn't too bad. It's good to have a sense of humor. Ice was my friend the first few days of recovery.

Surgery was at 2:30. Got home at like 7. Very sore. Balls are normal size. So I’ve got that going for me which is nice.
