If you throw on 2nd and 7 instead of run, maybe you don’t have an obvious passing down on 3rd.

Getsy needs to pass when they are thinking run, and run when they are thinking pass. This line can’t block anything up on obvious passing downs.

Quite a few teams do this for some reason. They want positive yards. Ron Turner did it every time.
