He has to be near perfect to overcome everything around him. He’s not at that level which is obvious.

I’ve been on board and not giving up, but it’s almost as if a new GM, developing HC, developing OC, developing a quarterback, developing a 5th round LT, developing a rookie RT, and nowhere near enough quality lineman on either side has a chance to go awry.

We were hopeful the free agents would help, but they have no been impactful players as of yet. Hopefully we’re looking at an early days Cowboys/Jimmy Johnson situation here. Poles probably was too truthful when he said “we’re 70% of the way there.” That’s not nearly far enough.
