This dipshit actually thinks being on IR for the playoffs counts as “Super Bowl winning quarterback?” Jay Cutler and Rex Grossman came closer to winning a SB as a STARTING quarterback than Carson Wentz did.

Clearly, this is the context Cowherd is talking about. Not “guys who were on the roster” at some point.

Regardless, counting Wentz as a “Super Bowl winning quarterback” seems incredibly generous since he missed the last 3-4 games and all of the playoffs. Especially given how he’s played since then.

Not the norm. He didn’t take a snap basically the last two months of the season, so calling him a “Super Bowl winning quarterback” seems a big stretch, especially given the obvious context of the discussion.
