Definitely launch Fields, Eberlose, Getsy, and Poles. Def need some work on the OL, as you well know based on all your bitching about the OL. Try and get one playmaking LB at least. I am not as big on paying a WR5 as you apparently are.

Maybe make sure Sweat puts in the time conditioning in the offseason? Maybe give him breaks earlier in the 4th quarter so he can be out there with 3 mins to go?
