I think it means people who unilaterally strip rights from people, or those who attempt to remove the power from the hands of the people and consolidate it in their own hands.
There are a ton of them on the right. It's nearly a requirement, if you're not that you will get smoked in a GOP primary.
There are tons of people who disagree with me politically who aren't fascists and aren't willing to support fascists. They're called RINOs now, they're getting kicked off their committees, they're getting primaried consistently. I also recognize that, as has been the case since Trump came on the scene, you're willing to pretend and point fingers if it helps you politically. Conservatism is a worldview that I don't agree with, but at least it's an ethos. Whatever egregious fear-porn authoritarianism that's taken over the GOP has nothing to do with conservatism. They're actively trying to overthrow this country. And they couldn't do it without your help.
