Trump is desperately seeking an end around due process, a way to disappear people by just asserting they "know" they are gang members without ever having to support the accusation in court.

How about just using the normal practices available to law enforcement, in addition to making the case to Congress that you need more tools and resources to do the job?

Probably not.

The Biden (?) administration had a few issues go to SCOTUS. I don't remember the can't Trump follow the law people saying can't Biden follow the law.

They used the act to get rid of the worst of the worst right away. Why tie up courts and money on these scum? We need to have court hearings and all this other shit for run of the mill illegals? Fine.

Question for all you guys who love Canada so dearly for standing up to Trump. Any idea what happens if you go there illegally? You can’t even get in if you had a DUI in the last 10 years. We let unvetted people flood in for years and now we can’t get rid of them.

How many people have been deported strictly under the AEA and why do foreign gang members here illegally deserve due process?

Because the left wants every illegal that came in under Biden to each spend a couple of years in the judicial system.
This has nothing to do with "The Maryland Man" who the left appears to be moving away from now that they've found out they rallied around a trafficking, woman beating gang member who had deportation orders.
It's not about U.S. citizens. It's about the millions who were told to surge to the border or use the app to get flown into the country.
I need a Real ID or passport to fly domestically. I'm not getting into the country from overseas without a passport. Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens just needed an app and they could get a free flight, a room and food, health benefits, possibly schooling, maybe a driver's license.

Yep, since they supported the Jan 6th insurrection they are threats to national security, forfeited their citizenship, and will be gone via executive order.

I think we are still waiting for someone to put their signature on these facts/allegations under threat of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 sanctions. The last I heard was there was an agreement between the parties to delay the discovery in the case as they were working towards a settlement....
