The state will survive, unless he runs for a 3rd term. If he's successful on a 2028 Presidential ticket, Lord help us.

If the government is run like a business, the government should be audited. But, oh no, that just won't be acceptable.

The Tren de Aragua planes.

5 individuals sued to prevent their removal. They were on 1 of the 2 planes carrying TdA. They were removed from the planes before departure, departures that occurred before Boasberg's minute order was entered.

The March 15 minute order .... "As discussed in today's hearing ...."

Imo, Boasberg is dragging this out so people like Alan Feuer at the NYT can write articles implying that Trump may be held in contempt and is putting us on the verge of a constitutional crisis.

It appears the Judge meant what he said:

Ensign confirmed to Boasberg during Friday's hearing that he understood the judge's 6:45 p.m. oral directive to turn both flights around and conveyed that to immigration authorities, seemingly undermining arguments made by the Justice Department earlier this week about the timing of the order.

"Can I ask you now how you interpreted that statement when we had a conversation on Saturday?" Judge Boasberg asked. "Did you not understand my statement during that hearing?"

"I understood your statements and relayed your directive to the clients, which I have done," Ensign said.

"What did you understand? Did you think that that was hypothetical, not serious, that it was going to be modified? Or did you understand that when I said do that immediately?" Judge Boasberg asked.

"I understood your intent -- that you meant that to be effective at that time," Ensign said, appearing to undermine the DOJ's arguments.

Hmm... let's see here.  Who praytell is providing oversight?  It's the IG's.  What?  They fired them immediately.  Gee, why do that unless you didn't want any sunshine on things?
