Which of those measures are bad, and why?

I don't see anyone complaining about having Bruce Jenner back....
Mark Carman: "The Whitlock!...Caleb Williams failed Wayne Whitlock." Been told I need to take my dick out my mouth so maybe I "wont [sic] sound like such a fucking faggot all the time[.]"

Tempo: "PAMan is a pot stirrer and agent provocateur"

Trump is doing what he said he would do.  He knows the courts will block some things  like ending birthright citizenship.  So he's flooding the zone.  That's how he operates.

5 days ago we had no idea who was making decisions that were attributed to President Biden.
That's how they operated.

1) Fine

2) Due to your selfishness and arrogance you have chosen to believe in pseudo science and are effectively pissing on your children and their progeny.

3) birthright citizenship is constitutionally guaranteed. You don’t get to pick which parts of the constitution you like or don’t like, especially if you claim to be a patriot.

4) while there might be the occasional error or even shenanigans, doctors and scientists know a lot more about health and the climate than you do. That’s a fact. This is strictly a move to appease the crazies.

5) Just utterly ridiculous. It oozes arrogance and nationalism from over pore. You know who else shows such blatant arrogance and nationalism? We kicked their asses in the big war.

6) WGAF. Again, a meaningless piece of red meat EO designed mostly to appeal to fanatical conservatives.

"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

And drugs should actually be legalized, taxed, and regulated btw. I’d think you’d agree since you lean Libertarian (the real party of rainbows and unicorns!), no?

This is nothing compared to his threats that the AG will go out prosecuting the people he asks her to, or that he will DEMAND that Interest rates be lowered.

Yes, and more.

Well - he did pardon Ross Ulbricht. Family values party for sure, just pardoned probably the biggest drug dealer in history.

He now says he wants to dismantle FEMA, that all the states should handle it themselves.

Nothing says "Governmental Efficiency" like dismantling one organization and replicating it 50 times over.
When there's a fire in CA or a hurricane in the FL, first responders from around the country are coordinated by FEMA to help with response. Now each state will have to negotiate with each other state, etc...

Just dumb. Or really, corrupt - it will be an excellent money making opportunity for his cronies

The BBC article covers some of the problems.

Also, drug addiction should be treated as a medical problem, as a disease, not a crime. I foresee Trump doubling down on the same old failed approach of getting tough on crime -- revenge / punishment, (justice for victims) instead of treatment, education, rehabilitation.

Also, The argument that unlawful migrants and temporary are not subject to the jurisdiction is absurd. They don't have immunity from our laws.

Unlawful entry should be decriminalized. Note that unlawful presence is currently a civil offense, not a crime.

I read it. It reads more like fear porn of ifs and coulds than any real in depth assessment.

I wonder if the plan is to violate so many legal guarantees in the shortest amount of time so that courts simply cannot keep up with the caseload to come.

Yeah that worked great in Portland!

I have said several times before that Libertarianism would be ideal for a more evolved society that has more personal accountability. We aren’t anywhere close to that. We are actually been moving away from personal accountability in recent decades with all the people playing the victim card at every turn and the people who perpetually feel sorry for them. Aka the base of the modern Democrat party
