Whale of a game. TCU came to play. Zona just made all the big plays down the stretch.
Official winner of the HQ Tallest Midget award. Thanks, Jobu!

Purdue doesn't even recruit that well at all if u go by stars and how their ranked.  Yet a ton of production.  Painter can coach.  Players at Illinois just seem to stagnate.  Not much progression at all.

The only returning players who had equal or worse stat lines than last year are Curbelo (terrible injury) and Williams (🤷🏻‍♂️)

Yep. The blueprint is right out there for everyone to see. It doesn’t include 7’ 285 centers playing 35 minutes alongside a bunch of guys who can’t make plays for the most part.

Was amazing to watch all these teams that can attack off the dribble and get looks at the rim or in the midrange.

Sometimes shit works out. Have to throw a lot of spaghetti at the wall, but look for the right kind to begin with.

Fun fact. Jaden Ivey was barely a top 100 guy in HS (89).

Another fun fact- the Murray twins at Iowa had no offers out of high school. Went to prep school.
Tony Perkins was 314. Guy is a fcking baller.

We need to find more kids with high athletic skills and potential and enough will work out.

The college game is increasingly like the NBA (which everyone here hates), but it relies heavily on the three, and guys who can make plays at end of shot clocks when the stuff you try and run breaks down.
And you need a few of them.

Look out for Michigan if they keep that group together and add to it a little bit next year.

Been saying this since the Weber days. I specifically remember watching a not even great Seton Hall team and thinking “our guys don’t look like that.”
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Just saw the end of regulation TCU/AZ.  How do you not blow the whistle there?
