One rule change I’d make it is make it 8 seconds to get the ball past half court than 10 seconds.  That would make pressing to comeback easier and make the pace faster

Why does every announcer say a quick 2 is better than a 3?  You likely have to make a 3 at some point so the quicker you take it the better
