"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

At first I thought you were referring to the Orson Welles looking guy then I saw the guy who looked like the guy who committed suicide during basic training in Full Metal Jacket.

1. I am told that sort of thing is a. free speech. b. heritage, not hate (sic).

2. Why was the word heil bleeped? It simply means hail. Sieg heil translates as hail to victory.

You’re free to say whatever you want. That doesn’t mean that you might not get your ass kicked for those thoughts…

Why would the German word for hail get bleeped? Did someone confuse that for hate speech?

He was clearly being sarcastic.

When I was a kid, banned speech was primarily either taking the lord's name in vain, or vulgar words related to excretory and reproductive functions. Now's it's mostly real or perceived pejoratives.
