78 isn’t that young.
It is if you're 78.

James Earl Carter Jr., 39th President of the United States.
Wanting America to be better is not America-hating, it’s patriotism.

Too young. Hopefully President-elect Musk will attend the funeral.

2024

Looking fondly now back on the year '24
with last year's taste understandably sour
unsure we were of what to expect
will our programs still resemble a wreck?

As hoops season opened, were we destined to fail?
would our all-conference player be going to jail?
never quite sure of what determines his fate
but they rebounded nicely to make the E-8

While honoring our past grid-iron heroes
and hoping we weren't again looking like zeros
the season went well as we were reliant
on a breakout season from wide out Pat Bryant

Alas, our recruiting is now really zooming
concurrently with it attendance is booming
Thanks Bret, thanks Josh and even old Brad
Gone are the days of being so bad!

As the New Year approaches
when daylight grows longer
raise a toast to our coaches
as their programs grow stronger

Happy New Year Trolls!
