Yep. He picked up only 2 fouls. Keeping Hawkins on the floor, with his height, to mess with Murray was something I didnt expect. Played 37 minutes too. Huge game for him.

What you saw as an exciting finish, I saw as like a suck out in poker…We got lucky…

Bottom line…We have a hard time finishing games period and the scouting is pretty clear…Key in on Kofi and let ‘em chuck 3s and unless we’re on like the Michigan game we lose most of the time…

Unfortunately, I have to largely agree with this. Was hoping Curbelo would be playing at a high level by now, but he’s not done much to suggest he will be the best guard on the floor 5-6 games in a row during the tourney.

I’ve become more and more convinced we’ll go as far as Plummer’s shooting can take us.

The good news is we have a lot of aces up our sleeves. We just have to avoid getting shot by the guy across the table (to use an analogy in mediocre fashion).

If Curbelo, Plummer, or Hawkins were to start going off, would be a huge boost to our chances. We’ve got several candidates that could potentially be that surprise star in the tourney.
