Yeah,  about a bad as you can get really. Way beyond a fight with punches thrown, high elbow,  sucker punch,  knee to the back, pushing or pulling a guy down,tripping. You know, the usual MSU and Duke shit.

Could have had serious skull fracture or spinal injury.
