Wisco up 18-13 at the half. Season low for a half for both teams.
I think PSU started out 1-20, but goes on a tear to close the half at 5-30.
Davis and Davison scoreless.
PSU got to Madison an hour before tip.

Terrible game by UCLA, actually terrible road trip to Arizona. Losing to Arizona is understandable but losing to ASU makes it terrible. Juzang went "hero ball" and looked terrible, IMO.

Most BT refs are inconsistent.
Actually most refs in all sports are inconsistent.
Part of the game.
Same with baseball on balls and strikes.
Same with football and what is allowed or called on pass interference or holding.
Same with soccer on every play with contact at every level.
 
New rules every game as to what is called and allowed and a huge variance.

But has always been kind of the case.

For the most part, I agree with you, but I do feel like officiating is getting worse, at all levels.
