I wouldn’t get my hopes up.  He’s on his 4th high school, couldn’t get off the bench of his prior school, and mom appears to be a crack whore.  This a desperation take for a clueless staff

I’ve changed my mind on DGL’s talent.  I watched him play at OTE.  He can play anywhere in college.  Forget rankings. Talent/athleticism  wise he has what it takes.  But all the red flags I mentioned above are still there.

I don’t think he ever shows up at Illinois, especially if Epps returns.  But if Epps leaves, and OTE doesn’t pay him to stay there, then I think DGL could be Big 10 FOY.  He must be a complete headache/asshole off the court to not get off the bench at Monteverde.

I am not sure what the odds are DGL ever enrolls at Illinois. Doubt it has anything to do what Epps does. Kid can play and is way undervalued by the ranking services.

I could be wrong, but have always put less stock in ranks than some. The rsci and 247 composite are useful tools. They tell us a consensus of what the paid prospect evaluators are thinking.

$3 is crazy low.  I don’t do anything for under $5.

I picked up another Uber driver the other day and he showed me he made $1800 in a single week.  I asked him how he did that?  He said he doesn’t take any rides for less than $20.  His acceptance rate is 13%

I don’t actually take those rides either. I used to do 2k fairly easily. Before the rate drops. Now 1/3 of the fares coming in are less than $5. My acceptance rate went to 90% to 14% and falling.
