I watched 7 and half minutes of the pilot episode before I had to turn it off.

1. Chad looked and sounded more and more like a transgender person with each passing minute. I am not one of those guys that thinks an Afghan guy has to play an Afghan guy on TV like that Al show or whatever it is called. It is called "acting" for a reason. I can get past Orson Welles as Othello, but I could not get past this.

2. When Chad called "his" sister a whore, I audibly went "whoa!" Didn't expect that on TBS.

3. The mom actually looked kind of hot. Wished they would have put her in a tight top or something.

4. There was a lot of stupid cringe stuff, obviously, packed in the 7 and a half minutes. It did not bring out any laughs in the old PAMan/They/Them.

5. I did find the part where Chad went to cry in the school bathroom, as "he" knew he was fucking up, to actually be a little touching.

I just could not get past the chick being a guy thing in this instance.

The American iteration of Creature Comforts was cancelled after two weeks, and without a carpet bombing of promotion.

Now that the sports I care about have gone into seasonal hiatus I have become increasingly appalled at the TV entertainment alternatives. I have like 7 steaming apps and couldn’t find a goddamned thing I wanted to watch on any of them. Glad it’s nice outside.
