Any bets on Kansas actually being sanctioned in any significant way?

Man the strangest thing happened today in Indiana. I was getting gas and a huge middle aged dude pulled across from me pulling a mower behind a pickup truck. I was wearing an Illini pullover and he said “man you guys cost me a lot of money in the tourney!”

We got to talking. Turns out he went to UNC to play for Dean Smith and transferred out due to lack of playing time. Ended up at USI playing for Bruce Pearl. He knew all about the Illini fans’ beef with Pearl and swore up and down he was a stand up guy and was a phenomenal Xs and Os coach.

Small world sometime.
