I think losing Chin is not that big of a deal.
Losing OA was big deal. He opened doors we had not been involved in for pretty much never.
The 2021-22 roster will have one Illinois player it appears. We had to move on from begging for an audience from Chicago and STL handlers.
If we do get an Illinois guy like Powell- we can't go back to a strictly provincial focus. Have to do both local and national/international.
Might also want to keep focus on Top 75-150 guys and keep them here 3-4 years. Try and do the Wisconsin model.
We will never be a one and done destination program.
Lets get Powell or Bailey or Mennenga and get to work.
