Hadn’t seen them play this year but agree they do play hard and make it ugly. Game was always within reach for them but never felt like we were in any real danger.

Would be nice to just put a team like this away early and rest the starters but I’ll take the W. Short rest for a big time matchup in Lincoln. Nebraska coming off a hard fought first loss on the road and being at home will be as tough a test as we’ve had this year.

Not saying this is a must win, but with a road trip to Sparty and a visit from Sven’s team looming, it kind of feels like it.

All of the remaining games will be MUST wins for us....we are going into the most critical part of the season with Boswell down. 3-0 since Boswell went down, one of which was unexpected to most and the same one that we had to get a superhuman (Wagler) effort for pts to win.

These next 3 will be harder to come by, 1-2 is probably the most obvious outcome....2-1 would be nice, 3-0 probably a unicorn outcome.

Swept by Nebby, win at NW, win at MSU....then we have a chance to win out with Fichigan being the only outlier.

Toss Up....see how much home cooking is involved. Good bet would be to get the guards (especially Hoiberg) down low for foul calls against them.

ILLINI 78-Nebby 73 cover the 1.5, under on the total just barely.

We will see if Mast is back, if so, then he would not be presumably at full speed with limited practice. They almost beat Michigan without him so....
