You can be sure Bielema orchestrated that. Henry wouldn’t leave to be “co” coordinator and not calling plays. Now let’s get a damn good D coordinator!

The timing seems strange but good luck to Aaron Henry.

I think Bielema waited to make sure he found Henry a nice landing spot to let him save face. Also I think Bielema already knows who he’s hiring as D coordinator already or he wouldn’t have made the move. Good for all parties involved…

Wouldn’t he have fired and hired a new coordinator by now if he was going to? Why wait till spring? You only get what’s left.

Big changes. Sounds like a coach coaching in the Super Bowl…

Likely someone from the Seahawks perhaps Kirk Olivadotti, Leslie Frazier?

Think Kevin Richardson. I don’t think Frazier would since he’s basically the Assistant Head Coach for an NFL team in the Super Bowl, but man that’d be a helluva pull if he did…

I don't have a clue but I would think that we're looking at a position coach wanting a DC position on the resume.
Maybe someone who's been here before and played under Bielema ? But has he called plays ?

Zak Kuhr

From the Wiki,
Although Kuhr was primarily an offensive coach in his collegiate career, Vrabel hired him as a defensive coach to help defensive players prepare for college-style offensive schemes that were becoming popular in the NFL.
