It is? Isn't that the point they are trying to make? The difference is the claims against Trump are substantive (he kept documents he was not supposed to have any longer in his bathroom); the claims against, say, Liz Cheney are not (at least on their face). Nonetheless, I am guessing Joe will set a really bad precedent and give blanket pardons to innocent people.
