Eberloser is on his last legs, really should be fired and left to rot in the Arizona desert if it were up to me.

This is the place to give your thoughts on who should be the next guy to lead the Chicago Bears in 2025. Or we can argue about Fields and Poles for the ten thousandth time. Whatever.

Have to go with Ben Johnson, the Lion OC. Goff is throwing to guys who are HS open. Maybe he can get guys to block and Rich Lazy DJ Moore to do his job.

coaching is overrated in the NFL, its all about the team and the quality of the less sexy positions like O and D line, from there you can build your team to be how you want with an emphasis on defense or offense depending how you allocate money
