I thought it seemed pretty obvious he should be a big part of the game plan. The coaches apparently disagreed. Here’s how I envisioned the carries.

When we start watching a game, and people are like “where the fuck is Khalil Herbert?!” that’s a testament of where this running game is.

Our line sucks and we don’t have a back that’s worth a shit. I was hoping Swift was the right pickup, but he’s not. Hell, he might be on his way to jail for some Philly bullshit he got into if I recall correctly.

You cannot abandon the run in the NFL. Especially if your passing game sucks. Most of those yards were against soft defenses.

They also ran the wrong formations and used the wrong personnel. Any NFL veteran will tell you have to commit to the run and get your guys “lathered up.”

I kind of knew we might be fucked on the 2nd play of the game when Waldron threw from the shotgun on 2nd and 6. I was like “why?”
