Offense looks much better today. Granted it’s Nebraska, but it’s fun to watch. Bhe Bhe is a beast. He’ll be playing on Sundays.

Look at Dee, now back at Bhe Bhe....

He reminds me of Alshon Jeffery a little. Not overly athletic, but just has a natural talent for being able to use his size to overpower D-backs and come down with the ball. He basically can’t be covered 1v1 by a college D-back. Not sure if he’s fast enough to be a pro WR, but if not, he’s got the frame where he could bulk up a lot and be a great TE.

I'm ok with no halftime adjustments.

Good thinking about TE. Bhebhe showed last year he was a matchup problem. He's got upper body size.

That 4th down run kept momentum. Good on ya Hayes.

I find it fucking hilarious that Frost and his AD were at the forefront of whining to get football back only to give up 38+ at home to Illinois.

Agree re offense and the cringy announcing.

Nebraska isn’t good, and it seems like they always underperform against Illinois.

There appears to be 2 winnable games left (one yet to be scheduled, the last place bowl) with this being one. I could see this being very close and wouldn’t even be shocked if Illinois wins

When Breal of all people posts an optimistic football take, you know it's going to be a win.

I didn't see much of this game, but from what I saw the Illini were prepared to play. Saw the "fake" punt, which is a pretty damning indictment about the current state of Nebraska football. Enjoy this win. Next week, no mercy, lol. Fields will bounce back from a very poor game against the Hoosiers.

Good news about Collin Miller.
"Collin Miller was transported to Bryan LGH West Hospital for precautionary reasons. Miller has movement in all of his extremities, and the results of all diagnostic imaging and testing on Miller were normal. He will stay overnight at the hospital for observation and at this point the prognosis looks promising."
