Game time announced at the end of all games tonight.

Dukes have only scored over 71 pts in 1 game out of last 5 games listed....ILLINI have not scored less than 73 in any of their last 5 games listed.

Dukes will go at least 8 deep, maybe more, best rebounder ## wise is a bench player, playing 20 plus minutes per game.

Clark is really the only player to worry about imo, and we have at least 3-4 of those guys they need to worry about.

ILLINI 89 - Duquesne 72, more bench play for us as well, prepping for the next opponent!

ILLINI cover and take the over as well. Moving on!!!

My wife was upset when the More Head guys started the game making everything. I told her they would get tired legs and start missing.

Does  Dambrot have a bench?

This will be a tough game.   First to 70 wins.  They are a very good defensive team, winning 11 of their 12 games including wins over Dayton, BYU and sweeping VCU.   Same VCU team that just beat Villanova on their home floor.   They are quick, but surprisingly physical for their small size and are exceptional at getting back in transition defense.  They slow the game down old school Wisconsin style.   This will be a dog fight.

Agree with Jrock that they are not a walkover.
Well coached and disciplined on defense.
Obviously guard the three well.
Pretty athletic.
Not much of an offense.

We will be ok but it could be a grinder at times

We averaged 23 free throws attempted per game this year (alot obviously by TSJ).

Duquesne averages 17 fouls per game...

I really don't know if another team will get even close to keeping us to 12 attempts per game as Morehead St did.

I will stick with 89-72

Just realized we are playing Duquesne who is coached by (Dambrot) the very coach that Groce replaced, when Underwood replaced Groce.

Not counting J Walker of course....anyone seen the Grand Canyon?

It might be a so-called easier draw but Madness isn't the time to be taking anything for granted. Duquesne showed they belong in the tournament on Thursday. They've won 9 in a row and their coach is on his last hurrah. You know they're bringing everything they got. We have to as well.
