Thanks to my glorious nap I missed the end. After seeing Tempo’s avatars I thought, “Oh wow, he did really have that in his lap and should have caught it.”

Then I saw the actual video posted here (spark’s stills are especially damning) and it was much more bang-bang and way more difficult of a catch than I’d imagined.

He’s an NFL receiver. He can make that catch pretty often. You just don’t see it unfold like that often.
