I want Getsy’s head because I just want the minimal sacrifice. Flus probably comes later. Not sure how they survive today minus a winning streak of several games.

As dumb as Getsy is, I doubt he’s letting “4th quarter” narratives drive his decisions. He’s just a scared little bitch of a coach. Unlikely to get another OC gig I would think.

Was that a good or a chicken decision by him? We need to see video of the play that would show what his reads on the Lion DL looked like. I've read, second hand, that Getsy has said Fields made the right read on the option on the second run into the line. Whether he is covering for Fields or not is unknown without seeing the video.
