"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

So depressing. We’re fucked. We don’t take care of our country, people lose hope, elect a demagogue who makes it worse, stir in social media, old school media, guns, natural disasters, and I really start to lose hope.

Trump says the taxpayers owe him 10 billion because an IRS contractor employed leaked his taxes. A Judge questions the validity of his lawsuit:

Court sets May hearing on whether president can sue the government he oversees.

The judge noted that one such order Trump signed last year, essentially forbids government employees acting in their official capacity from advancing legal positions at odds with legal positions staked out by the president.

“One such employee of the executive branch, the Attorney General, has a statutory obligation to defend the IRS when it is hailed into court, but then is ostensibly required by executive mandate to adhere to the President’s opinion on a matter of law in such a case,” Williams wrote. “This raises questions here over whether the Parties here are truly antagonistic to each other.”

Trump repeatedly calling the guy who attacked the WHCA Dinner a "sick person"

All he's doing is helping that guy's John Hinckley defense.

Especially since, as a Republican, you believe that sex should be limited to the sanctity of marriage.

The share of Americans who say their financial situation is getting worse is higher now than at any point in the past 25 years, per new Gallup data out Tuesday morning.

Trump promised to cut energy prices in half by reducing regulations and buildings pipelines. He  did reduce regulations and pipelines were built. However, energy bills have increased as much as 13%.

Thank high demand due to Murph’s AI centers for jacking up electricity rates for everyone. And EV electricity demand, coal retirement, and a bunch of other stuff that was in motion long before Trump regained office. Demand is outpacing supply.

Oil and gas were at multi year lows for most of his second term aside from the last 50 days or so, which haven’t even been as high as we saw in 2022.

Besides, I was told here presidents don’t make gas prices.

Presidents don’t generally have a ton to do with gas prices. In this case, Trump certainly owns it.
