I have been pretty absent but check in quite a bit.
I think we are pretty safe from Illini making the final. Lol.

Custard hit the nail on the head before season started and we went all in on Euro. We are pretty slow.

Luckily Wagler has been remarkable.

Yeah I say we maybe have 1 in 5 chance of beating Michigan on any given neutral floor. Certainly not if we can’t throw it into the ocean from a boat like last game where we were pretty well outmatched across the board. We didn’t look ready for that moment at all, but I do think we are better than what we played that night. Michigan just came out more aggressive and stayed that way the whole game. Hopefully it’s a lesson learned but didn’t look like it in the game yesterday.

Thanks for pointing out my AOTC thoughts on the euro transition, always trust content from Custard folks!

Don’t be a stranger, need more input like yours around here.

Reheated (via sous vide) some smoked pork chops I had made Sunday. But I did cook two spatchcocked pollos Sunday at the same time as the chops, we ate most of one that night and vacuum sealed the other in halves.
