Great season by any measure. UConn just knows how to win.

Defense is the key.
It's effort and commitment.

Will give us a decent shot against next opponents.

Great win. If you would have told me we would score 65 I would have thought Houston would win that one.
Houston looked lost all night on offense.
Good team defense.

Michigan might have just gotten a clear path to get to FF. ISU's best player looks like he might have serious ankle injury.

We dropped some close games to good teams late in the season but the metrics still showed us playing like a top 10 team. Seems like people forget that other good teams lose tough conference games down the stretch, too.

Purdue looked like they were ready for the season to be over during the senior day drubbing by Wisconsin. Now people are picking them as a dark horse. We have the pieces to get deep. All it takes is getting the right matchups and some breaks.

We have to make enough stops. We have a lot of weapons to score the ball but have to get more stops.
 

This is one of the easiest paths to a S16 we have ever had.

We basically then have a four team tournament to get to FF and it is doable if we hit threes, rebound, and guard well enough - and execute at the end of games.

This team is a lot like the high scoring Iowa teams under Fran.
Can really put up some points but lacks some toughness and can't guard quite well enough to win games down the stretch.

Roster construction has been a chronic issue with Underwood no matter who the assistants are.

There is little they can do to correct this for this season.
Have to hope the offense carries them.
