We do know that he was kicked while lying on the ground. Also beaten in the head more than once with a baton. Punched in the head multiple times while handcuffed.
Cause of death was excessive bleeding due to a severe beating by 5 or more law enforcement officers.
He ran so it's his fault. [For the ironically challenged /s]
