Mostly due to administration. CU doesn't make any exceptions for academics and they are too strict on transferring credits. There's a new president there now and it looks like they're going to loosen things up for Rick George.

That’s weird. Colorado is a fine school, but it’s not like it’s Northwestern or Duke. I hope they become a good program again. Always liked them.
