Who is a good long shot to win the C-Ship this year?

No picks below +2000, those are the most obvious currently per DraftKings website.

My pick is Texas A&M, +14000.

I cannot access DraftKings from this location. But I found another site that seems to use the same information.

I'll go with Miami, +6500.

Incarnate had its day in the sun when it defeated Nevada in CFB this season.

I knew a guy who was a big Incarnate fan. In addition, he even created a fake team, fake players, and a fake schedule, and then tried to circulate fake results on the Internet. None of it ever took root, but he started adding veiled political references, such as "Such-and-such was brought in to do a job four years ago, and HASN'T DONE IT!!!" Those were humorous, but still no takers on the catfish front.
